| In order for you to become my affiliate, just have a decent site. I am not worrying about how much you have on your counter because well it is not mine, it doesn't make my site look any better and I know its hard to advertise. Your site can be just starting out as long it shows promise. Also, try to update atleast 3 times a month, but I won't hold you to it. I am supposed to update that much, but sometimes it takes a while for like layout changes and getting hold of stuff, so I can understand. All, you have to do is e-mail your title, url and if you have a banner I would use that. Please make the banner small enough to fit in that Affiliates' box.
